No happy every after .

Once upon a time there was a young man who was happy go lucky. He lived life every day to the fullest. Then one day he met his love, dancing down the street. It didn’t take long for them to fall madly in live and get married.
They both worked hard and played hard. He worked from early morning to late at night. They family had everything except their father-husband there with them. He was trying to make a living for them but as usual he didn’t realize that they rather have him. He finally realized what his family wanted. They wanted him around more so he stepped down from his high paying position to a lesser position, a job to spend more time with his family. That position paid less and the family had to do with less. His wife didn’t like that. She was use to not working and having anything she wanted.
After twenty years of marriage it finally caught up to them. The arguments when they were together became command place.
One day his daughter look up at him and asked,” Why do you and mommy argue all the time, he answered, when we stop arguing it will be time to start worrying because then we wont care what happens to our family. As long as there was something to fight for the marriage would stay together he thought.
That day of reckoning came and after twenty years their family broke up. It was a very sad day for the kids but the parents knew it couldn’t go on. That it was better that he left and maybe his wife and the kids would live a calmer life. As most families he became a weekend dad, but he called his kids every night. He wanted to let then know that he loved them very much.
He stay by himself working all day and most of the night in a business he started. He was getting very lonely and prayed to the God above that he would met someone that would totally love for what he was and no for what he can give her. For years he would go out with several different woman and have a meaningless relationships with them. He was never really happy and always was glad to be alone again.
Then one day he met this very charming lady. She had a glare in her eyes a smile in her voice. He knew that she was special when he met her but how special she really was, was a pleasant surprise. She was a unique person, someone who would make everyone who met her feel good to be in her presents. To be around her was to be in front of an angle that was here on earth to spread happiness and joy. Could it be that God had finally answered his prayers? She was way more than he had asked for. He found a meaningful relationship with her that grow into a love that was strong and every lasting. Everyone that met them both could see how very much in love they were. It was a love story that you read in a book or see in the movies. His family and hers fell in love with each other. It was like they were all made for each other. They married and lived very happily but only for a short time.
Once again his hart would be broken. His soul mate died suddenly and he was left along again to morn her death forever. There could be no one to take her place; she was truly one of a kind. Once again God would take away the reason for living. When she was alive he had a purpose. Now there was nothing. What was sense of looking again, to fall in love, for it to be taken away? There will only be loneliness and despair there will be no happy every after for him.

Target Stores Does it Again

I remember around last thanksgiving and Christmas emails were going around about Target. While Wal-Mart and other big stores would help the Vets and let Salvation Army set up in front of their stores Target wouldn’t.
When I got this email it reminded me why I don’t shop in Target. I rather go to K-Mart or Wal-Mart and spend my US Currency. Lets keep our money helping our economy.

20 spring recognition event.


We received the following reply
from the local TARGET manag ement:
' Veterans do not meet our
area of giving. We only donate to the arts, social action
groups, gay & lesbian causes, and education.'

So I'm thinking, if the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall and
veterans in general, do not meet their donation criteria,
then something is really wrong at this TARGET store. We were
not asking for thousands of dollars, not even hundreds, just
a small sponsorship for a memorial remembrance.

As a follow-up, I E-mailed the TARGET U.S. Corporate
Headquarters and their response was the same.
That's their
national policy.

Then I looked into the company further.
They will not allow
the Marines to collect for 'Toys for Tots' at any of their
stores.. And during the recent Iraq deployment, they would
not allow families of employees who were called up for
active duty to continue their insurance coverage 20 while
they were on military service.. Then as I dig further,

TARGET
is a French-owned corporation.

Now, I'm thinking again. If TARGET cannot support American
Veterans, then why should my family and I support their
stores by spending our hard earned American dollars!

And,
have their profits sent to France ....


Without the American Vets, where would
France be today?

Once again I must state that I am not a Republican or Demarcate, I am an American, for the American Party.
My concerns are for America and about America and about the mad man in the White House. He has no foresight of the future of America
What’s next? This president is more dangerous to this country than Carter was. He is now importing terrorist to our shore. Right back to the place where they blow us up eight years ago.
I like to know what happens when their Muslim brothers come in to the court building with guns blasting and these criminal escape into the public.
What guarantee do we have that this won’t happen. These people are cunning and will do anything for their cause. How are we going to prevent it from happing when we couldn’t stop Major Nidal Malik Hasan from shooting our solders? All the sign were there that this man was a terrorist. Hasan even signed his e-mails with "Praise Be to Allah." He tried to covert his fellow soldiers to become Muslims and fight the infidels
Bring them here and there will be mayhem and blood shed. Keep them where they are and have a military trials. Obama has done everything to weaken this country since he has been in office. Send him there too.
When is America going to wake up and see what is happing. We are not respected in the world and there will be no one there to help us when radical Muslims are attacking us. No one was there on 9/11/2001. If you have a young family and want them to have an America like you enjoyed do something. Lets march on DC tell your Representatives in the House and Senate to stop this radical in the White House before it’s to late.

The following is a statement released by Retired Lt. Col. Allen West:

This past Thursday 13 American Soldiers were killed and another 30 wounded at a horrific mass shooting at US Army installation, Ft Hood Texas. As I watched in horror and then anger I recalled my two years of final service in the Army as a Battalion Commander at Ft Hood, 2002-2004.
My wife and two daughters were stunned at the incident having lived on the post in family housing.
A military installation, whether it is Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, or Coast Guard, is supposed to be a safe sanctuary for our Warriors and their families. It is intended to provide a home whereby our “Band of Brothers and Sisters” can find solace and bond beyond just the foxhole but as family units.
A military installation is supposed to be a place where our Warriors train for war, to serve and protect our Nation.
On Thursday, 5 November 2009 Ft Hood became a part of the battlefield in the war against Islamic totalitarianism and state sponsored terrorism.!
There may be those who feel threatened by my words and would even recommend they not be uttered. To those individuals I say step aside because now is not the time for cowardice. Our Country has become so paralyzed by political correctness that we have allowed a vile and determined enemy to breach what should be the safest place in America, an Army post.
We have become so politically correct that our media is more concerned about the stress of the shooter, Major Nidal Malik Hasan. The misplaced benevolence intending to portray him as a victim is despicable. The fact that there are some who have now created an entire new classification called; “pre-virtual vicarious Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)” is unconscionable.
This is not a “man caused disaster”. It is what it is, an Islamic jihadist attack.
We have seen this before in 2003 when a SGT Hasan of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) threw hand grenades and opened fire into his Commanding Officer’s tent in Kuwait. We have seen the foiled attempt of Albanian Muslims who sought to attack Ft Dix, NJ. Recently we saw a young convert to Islam named Carlos Bledsoe travel to Yemen, receive terrorist training, and return to gun down two US Soldiers at a Little Rock, Arkansas Army recruiting station. We thwarted another Islamic terrorist plot in North Carolina which had US Marine Corps Base, Quantico as a target.
What have we done with all these prevalent trends? Nothing.
What we see are recalcitrant leaders who are refusing to confront the issue, Islamic terrorist infiltration into America, and possibly further into our Armed Services. Instead we have a multiculturalism and diversity syndrome on steroids.
Major Hasan should have never been transferred to Ft Hood, matter of fact he should have been Chaptered from the Army. His previous statements, poor evaluation reports, and the fact that the FBI ha! d him under investigation for jihadist website posting should have been proof positive.
However, what we have is a typical liberal approach to find a victim, not the 13 and 30 Soldiers and Civilian, but rather the poor shooter. A shooter who we are told was a great American, who loved the Army and serving his Nation and the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) stating that his actions had nothing to do with religious belief.
We know that Major Hasan deliberately planned this episode; he did give away his possessions. He stood atop a table in the confined space of the Soldier Readiness Center shouting “Allahu Akhbar”, same chant as the 9-11 terrorists and those we fight against overseas in the Iraq and Afghanistan theaters of operation.
No one in leadership seems willing to sound the alarm for the American people; they are therefore complicit in any future attacks. Our Congress should suspend the insidious action to vote on a preposterous and unconstitutional healthcare bill and resolve the issue of “protecting the American people”.
The recent incidents in Dearborn Michigan, Boston Massachusetts, Dallas Texas, and Chicago Illinois should bear witness to the fact that we have an Islamic terrorism issue in America. And don’t have CAIR call me and try to issue a vanilla press statement; they are an illegitimate terrorist associated organization which should be disbanded.
We have Saudi Arabia funding close to 80% of the mosques in the United States, one right here in South Florida, Pompano Beach. Are we building churches and synagogues in Saudi Arabia? Are “Kaffirs” and “Infidels” allowed travel to Mecca?
So much for peaceful coexistence.
Saudi Arabia is sponsoring radical Imams who enter into our prisons and convert young men into a virulent Wahabbist ideology….one resulting in four individuals wanting to destroy synagogues in New York with plastic explosives. Thank God the explosives were dummy. They are sponsoring textbooks which present Islamic centric revisionist history in our schools.
We must recognize that there is an urgent need to separate t! he theo- political radical Islamic ideology out of our American society. We must begin to demand surveillance of suspected Imams and mosques that are spreading hate and preaching the overthrow of our Constitutional Republic……that speech is not protected under First Amendment, it is sedition and if done by an American treason.
There should not be some 30 Islamic terrorist training camps in America that has nothing to do with First Amendment, Freedom of Religion. The Saudis are not our friends and any American political figure who believes such is delusional.
When tolerance becomes a one way street it certainly leads to cultural suicide. We are on that street. Liberals cannot be trusted to defend our Republic, because their sympathies obviously lie with their perceived victim, Major Nidal Malik Hasan.
I make no apologies for these words, and anyone angered by them, please, go to Ft Hood and look into the eyes of the real victims. The trage! dy at Ft Hood Texas did not have to happen. Consider now the feelings of those there and on every military installation in the world. Consider the feelings of the Warriors deployed into combat zones who now are concerned that their loved ones at home are in a combat zone.
Ft Hood suffered an Islamic jihadist attack, stop the denial, and realize a simple point.
The reality of your enemy must become your own.

The information below is very disturbing facts about the uninvited illegal aliens who are raping our country. Working in our country then sending the money home while living on use. Taking medical care from a US citizen. We as a country should demand they be held up to they same standers as we are. Pay your fare share in taxes and medical expenses. Demand that they get green cards or be put in jail while waiting for deportation with no legal help since they are not legal citizen.

Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens , Huntington Park , etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.

Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I'm not talking a glass of milk and roll -- but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten.

I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America .

I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less then 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them "Putas" whores and throwing things that the teachers were in tears..

Free medical, free education, free food, day care etc., etc., etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements ?

To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.

Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, new diseases etc., etc, etc. For me, I'll pay more for tomatoes.

We need to wake up. The guest worker program will be a disaster because we won't have the guts to enforce it . Does anyone in their right mind really think they will voluntarily leave and return?

It does, however, have everything to do with culture: A third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses to assimilate , and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about " political Correctness" that we don't have the will to do anything about it.

CHEAP LABOR? Isn't that what the whole immigration issue is about?

Business doesn't want to pay a decent wage.

Consumers don't want expensive produce.

Government will tell you Americans don't want the jobs.

But the bottom line is cheap labor.. The phrase "cheap labor" is a myth , a farce, and a lie. There is no such thing as "cheap labor."
Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $5.00 or 6.00/ hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return, he gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 free.

He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent.
He qualifies for food stamps.
He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care.
His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school.
He requires bilingual teachers and books.
He qualifies for relief from high energy bills.
If they are, or become, aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI. Once qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicare . All of this is at (our) taxpayer's expense .

He doesn't worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance.

Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material.
He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00 /hour in benefits.
Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6.00/ hour left after paying their bills and his.
The American taxpayers also pay for increased crime, graffiti and trash clean-up.

Health care Reform in the house & Senate

First let me start off by saying that I am neither a Demarcate nor Republican, I am an American. I see things as good for America not a party or special interest group. There is no love between me and the insurance, lawyers, hospitals or any other group that stands against health care for America. That being said I do not have any love for groups like AARP or other groups that pick out the health reform they think is good. We as the people that elected the people in the Senate and Congress should be able to look at and vote on what is going to be forced on us. We as the people as our forefathers said should have that right. Health care practitioners should put health care together. Lawyers and other special interest groups should be kept out of the decision making process, that means all politicians.
I awoke this morning to a ridiculous show of events. It was the house trying to vote on the health care bill. It was the most unruly and ignorant thing I ever witnessed on TV. I truly was annoyed so I change the channel. Naturally it was the Republicans that were rude, trying for a filibuster.
I personally think that health care will not work unless we all paid,(we are all going to pay any way). I have stated my plan many times before. Below I am stating it again. If you agree let me know.
Obama’s plan
I still can’t see how this health care reform is going to be paid for? In the last part of his plan about if you can’t afford health care he will offer a public plan that will be made available. He spoke about his polling plan, if you could afford that you can join that one. The public plan would cover all illegal aliens and anyone else who are fee loaders here from other countries including the terrorist. I can’t see how we could stop this from happening.
The idea of making a co-op is a great idea. Have all insurance companies compete for the millions of people coverage’s. The more people the cover the lest like that their pay out would cost because of the sear numbers. The control of finding cancer or other disease in their beginning stages will help cut down on treating them later stages which would cost more. It’s like the brokers that represent car insurance, life, homeowners, that take your information and get the best price for their clients.
This brokerage would be free of government control however follow the government guild lines. We could also have this available to everyone including business large and small for a small sum, just as I have spoken about before. The sum of $25.00 per person, (Children would be excluded because they still would be covered under the planes that exist now), in this country would cover everyone with the quality of heath care that our president receives. This amount would be paid half by us and half by company you work for or by Social Security, Unemployment. Or any other social plan that you are on. All insurance companies would be required to participate in the co-op and could not change any coverage that is in place.
The one thing that no one has spoken about is controlling the absurd law suites that lawyers bring against doctor. It was sort of mention in passing last night but not in detail. There is were the big problem lies. We need to get that under control to get down the cost. Believe me I have no real love for doctors. They killed my wife and I can’t do anything about it. If I could I agree to a settlement of my wife times the years of her life according to today’s statistic. That’s the way lawsuits should work. No one should get rich of someone death.
Another control we need is on the pharmaceutical industry. Why do we pay more than Europe and other countries for our medicine? This industry should be place under some kind or control to make sure we are not charged more.

This was sent to me in an email. It is so apropos since 9/11 was yesterday. If you have any belief that there is something or someone who is watching over us all, (God or who ever it is for you), Then you will find this very in lighting. There is another part of this email that I find very wearisome, so think long and hard about what you are reading.


'MEET ME IN THE STAIRWELL'

You say you will never forget where you were when
you heard the news On September 11, 2001.
Neither will I.

I was on the 110th floor in a smoke filled room
with a man who called his wife to say 'Good-Bye.' I
held his fingers steady as he dialed. I gave him the
peace to say, 'Honey, I am not going to make it, but it
is OK..I am ready to go.'

I was with his wife when he called as she fed
breakfast to their children. I held her up as she
tried to understand his words and as she realized
he wasn't coming home that night.

I was in the stairwell of the 23rd floor when a
woman cried out to Me for help. 'I have been
knocking on the door of your heart for 50 years!' I said.
'Of course I will show you the way home - only
believe in Me now.'

I was at the base of the building with the Priest
ministering to the injured and devastated souls.
I took him home to tend to his Flock in Heaven. He
heard my voice and answered.

I was on all four of those planes, in every seat,
with every prayer. I was with the crew as they
were overtaken. I was in the very hearts of the
believers there, comforting and assuring them that their
faith has saved them.

I was in Texas , Virginia , California , Michigan , Afghanistan .
I was standing next to you when you heard the terrible news.
Did you sense me?

I want you to know that I saw every face. I knew
every name - though not all know me. Some met Me
for the first time on the 86th floor.

Some sought me with their last breath.
Some couldn’t hear Me calling to them through the
smoke and flames; ‘Come to Me... This way... take
my hand.' Some chose, for the final time, to ignore Me.
But, I was there.

I did not place you in the Tower that day. You
may not know why, but I do.. However, if you were
there in that explosive moment in time, would you have
reached for me?

Sept. 11, 2001, was not the end of the journey
for you. But someday your journey will end. And I
will be there for you as well. Seek me now while I may
be found. Then, at any moment, you know you are
'ready to go.'

TAKE HOLD OF EVERY MOMENT


A friend of mine opened his wife's underwear drawer and picked up a silk paper wrapped package:

"This, - he said - isn't any ordinary package."
He unwrapped the box and stared at both the silk paper and the box.

"She got this the first time we went to New York, 8 or 9 years ago. She has never put it on. Was saving it for a special occasion.
Well, I guess this is it. He got near the bed and placed the gift box next to the other clothing he was taking to the funeral house, his wife had just died. He turned to me and said:

"Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion".
I still think those words changed my life.
Now I read more and clean less.
I sit on the porch without worrying about anything.
I spend more time with my family, and less at work.
I understood that life should be a source of experience to be lived up to, not survived through. I no longer keep anything. I use crystal glasses every day. I'll wear new clothes to go to the supermarket, if I feel like it.
I don't save my special perfume for special occasions; I use it whenever I want to. The words "Someday..." and "One Day..." are fading away from my dictionary. If it's worth seeing, listening or doing, I want to see, listen or do it now. I don't know what my friend's wife would have done if she knew she wouldn't be there the next morning, this nobody can tell. I think she might have called her relatives and closest friends.
She might call old friends to make peace over past quarrels. I'd like to think she would go out for Chinese, her favorite food. It's these small things that I would regret not doing, if I knew my time had come.
I would regret it; because I would no longer see the friends I would meet, letters... letters that I wanted to write "One of this days".
I would regret and feel sad, because I didn't say to my brothers and sons, not times enough at least, how much I love them.
Now, I try not to delay, postpone or keep anything that could bring laughter and joy into our lives.

My thoughts about Obama-CIA-Social Security 8/25/09

This article below was sent to me in an email. In a way it just supports my thoughts about Obama being a novice at politics. However this article goes even further. What this gentleman talks about down right scares me. Read it with an open mind and think about what is being said. I don’t necessarily support everything he said but it makes sense.

Dr. Krauthammer is on Fox News. He is an M.D. and a lawyer and is paralyzed from the neck down. A friend went to hear Charles Krauthammer. He listened with 25 others in a closed room. What he says here, is NOT 2nd-hand but 1st. The ramifications are staggering for us, our children and their children.

Last Monday was a profound evening, hearing Dr. Charles Krauthammer speak to the Center for the American Experiment. He is brilliant intellectual, seasoned & articulate. He is forthright and careful in his analysis, and never resorts to emotions or personal insults. He is NOT a fear monger nor an extremist in his comments and views. He is a fiscal conservative, and has received a Pulitzer Prize for writing. He is a frequent contributor to Fox News and writes weekly for the Washington Post. The entire room was held spellbound during his talk. I have summarized his comments, as we are living in uncharted waters economically and internationally. Even 2 Dems at my table agreed with everything he said! If you feel like forwarding this to those who are open minded and have not drunk the Kool-A id, feel free.


Summary of his comments:

1 Mr. Obama is a very intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn't show his emotions. It's very hard to know what's behind the mask. The taking down of the Clinton dynasty by a political neophyte was an amazing accomplishment. The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect place at the perfect time.

2 Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton. He has a way of making you think he's on your side, agreeing with your position, while doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he DOES!

3 Obama has a ruthless quest for power. He did not come to Washington to make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including dismantling capitalism. He cant be straightforward on his ambitions, as the public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain or Canada .

4 His three main goals are to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by the Federal government. He doesn't care about the auto or financial services industries, but got them as an early bonus. The cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program, because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada . God forbid!

5 He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types. No one around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously cant work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he's a far-left secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution. He ran as a moderate, but will govern from the hard left. Again, watch what he does, not what he says.

6 Obama doesnt really see himself as President of the United States , but more as a ruler over the world. He sees himself above it all, trying to orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their agendas. He sees moral equivalency in all cultures. His apology tour in Germany and England was a prime example of how he sees America , as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a great noble nation that has at times made errors. This is the first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!

7 He is now handing out goodies. He hopes that the bill (and pain) will not come due until after he is reelected in 2012. He would like to blame all problems on Bush from the past, and hopefully his successor in the future. He has a huge ego, and Dr. Krauthammer believes he is a narcissist.

8 Republicans are in the wilderness for a while, but will emerge strong. Republicans are pining for another Reagan, but there will never be another like him. Krauthammer believes Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty & Bobby Jindahl (except for his terrible speech in February) are the future of the party. Newt Gingrich is brilliant, but has baggage. Sarah Palin is sincere and intelligent, but needs to really be seriously boning up on facts and info if she is to be a serious candidate in the future. We need to return to the party of lower taxes, smaller government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and states rights.

9 The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageous. We are spending trillions that we dont have. This could lead to hyperinflation, depression or worse. No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity. The media is giving Obama, Reid and Pelosi a pass because they love their agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the huge bailouts didn’t work, nor will the stimulus package. These were trillion-dollar payoffs to Omaha’s allies, unions and the Congress to placate the left, so he can get support for #4 above.

10. The election was over in mid-September when Lehman brothers failed, fear and panic swept in, we had an unpopular President, and the war was grinding on indefinitely without a clear outcome. The people are in pain, and the mantra of change caused people to act emotionally Any Dem would have won this election; it was surprising it was as close as it was.

11. In 2012, if the unemployment rate is over 10%, Republicans will be swept back into power. If it's under 8%, the Dems continue to roll. If it's between 8-10%, it will be a dogfight. It will all be about the economy. I hope this gets you really thinking about what's happening in Washington and Congress. There is a left-wing revolution going on, according to Krauthammer, and he encourages us to keep the faith and join the loyal resistance. The work will be hard, but were right on most issues and can reclaim our country, before it's far too late.


Do yourself a long term favor, send this to all who will listen to an intelligent assessment of the big picture. All our futures and children's futures depend on our good understanding of what is really going on in DC, and our action pursuant to that understanding!! It really IS up to each of us to take individual action!! Start with educating your friends and neighbors!!!

I don’t want anyone who reads this statement below to think that I am a Bush or Chaney lover. The create this mess we are in and Obama has to get us out of it. I personal think this will be a hundred year war or longer. None of us will see the end.

We are dismantling our first defense against the terrorist. The CIA is our only true covert agency to fight back. They have kept us free for years.
I am not into torturing our friends or enemy however we are fighting an enemy we can’t see. The terrorist will think of nothing in taking innocent lives. We saw that on 9/11 and the beheading of a new person. Have we forgotten that so soon? We are in a new age, a new time, a war like not others. This is the time to fight like our lives are at stake, because it is. We can’t afford to loose and we can’t afford to use conventional methods. This enemy with fight to the last person. Who ever thinks that we can talk to these people and come to an understanding is either a fool or blind to what is going on around the world. The dieing will not stop until the good guys win(That’s Western Nations).

No raise for social security

We are giving away money to purchase cars, appliances, build airports in small towns that don’t need it. Wasting all this money to create false serge in the economy. The people who really need it will see no increase their check this year. They will have more money taken out of their check for Medicare. What I don’t understand is, if the cost of living didn’t go up then why are they paying for medical coverage? That’s a contradiction of terms. These are the people that need the money the most. The people who will spend more of their income for doctors and medicine. They have paid into the government all their lives and know they are treated like second class. If inflation is zero then why does it cost more to live now?

Michael Vick the murder of dogs is released from jail and playing football again, while the best sports player in any sport is still suspended from baseball and the hall of fame. What’s wrong with this picture?

Is it a stronger offence to gamble then to kill a living animal?
If it’s true that people deserve a second chance then let’s give Pet Rose that chance. He is more of athlete and passionate person than Vick. He has done more for others and stands for the best in sports, where Vick stands for the worst.

Pet Rose has accomplished more for the game of baseball and sports than any player playing today and he did it without drugs.

Michael Vick spent two years while Pete Rose has spent twenty years suspended from the game he loves and the hall of fame where he belongs.

There is something very wrong in this country when killing doesn’t carry a stronger sentence then gambling.

The health care debacle

The health care debacle is very easy to fix, I think. Then again I am only an individual that has been caught up in the mass of healthcare. At one time in my life I did without healthcare, I couldn’t afford it.

The Politicians first have to stop tripping over their feet and look right in front of their eyes. The solution to the problem is right is in front of their faces, it already existed.

What I am talking about it Medicare and Medicaid for everyone which is not free. We cannot afford to just give away healthcare I am sorry to say. We don’t have the money! Want most people don’t realize is the people who have Medicare and Medicaid have to pay monthly for that coverage and some people pay close to a hundred dollars a month out of their check.
If the government would charges every one of 25-50 dollars a month per person for health care we should be able to get the same coverage as our politician. If you add all the money up it would be more than enough to cover every citizens of this country. Children up to 18 are already are being paid for. The only people in my plan that would be covered would be illegal aliens.
Money for this program would be taken out automatically out of your pay,( If you chose this program), Social security, unemployment or welfare .

It would not cover anyone making over $150,000 combined household income, after deductions for children, or $65.000 for single. To get join this program you must provide proof that you are on a program mentioned above, work and file taxes, American citizen or an alien who has applied for green card. No illegal aliens would be covered.

Another part of this plan would control the pharmaceutical industry. Put controls on them that they could not charge us any more then they charge other countries for their drugs. A cap on profits. With the power of having the USA a client we should get a good wholesale rate.

Last but not least, to get the cost of medical care down, we must control the lawyers. We must put caps on frivolous lawsuits against doctors and hospitals. Trust me I do not have any love for doctors or hospitals. It was a hospital, nurses and doctors neglect that killed my wife in 2007 and I gone to three lawyers to see if they could help me But I still feel that the should be a law to control them.

With all I have laid out above it could very well bring down the cost of health care and cover everyone.


That's how simple it is to solve this problem but politics and politicians always get in the way, because they do not have our interest at hart but how to win the next election and gain control.
Let us all rise up and let them know that we have a common sense plan. Write and call your reprehensive, let them know that you will not just stand by while they screw up healthcare. Tell them to write a bill that we can read and vote on, not them!!!!

The year has come and gown (2007)

The year has come and gown and the pain is still as strong.
As I look back I see a lonely soul running away from the hartach it faced. Running to a black whole where no light shined through. The tunnel seems endlessly long and dark.
Now a year has passed and the tunnel is still the same. Where there be any light and will the tunnel ever end? Only the future will let me know.
Will I face the future alone or will there be someone there for me? My true love will never be again but there could be someone else to share another life with me.
I have mixed emotion about moving on. As 2009 has started I have decided to take a stab at life again. I will become a part of the living as many have told me. I will attempt to go out again with other woman. I will let my friends fix me up with their friends but I am still not looking for a committed relationship. My feelings for Brenda are still to strong.
As I look at the pass I really cannot see what the future will bring. I hope the happiness that I am longing to know again.
One thing I know for sure I will never have the person that I had prayed for so. She was one of a kind and I was lucky to know her.
Thank you Brenda for being a part of my life even though it was just a short while. You will always be my one and only true love, my soul mate.
